Gel Heel Cushions are ideal for those that are suffering from heel pain and have a heavy heel strike. Bruising can occur in the heel area causing heel pain, Gel Heel Cushions will soften the blow when walking. People that form calluses in the heel area, especially under the calcaneus or heel bone will benefit greatly from this device. Older people that suffer from loss of a fat pad in the heel area will also enjoy the comfort these cushions provide.

Ambidextrous, however it is recommended that they are used on both heels.
